The Minsk agreement provided for more autonomy for the eastern regions. I guess more "self rule" for the people living in those areas. That was one of the compromises in the agreement (along with the provision that independence would not be granted to the eastern regions). I guess if they decide not to vote to agree with the earlier pact, then it is back to the drawing board and bombs away.

The apocalypse has already been mentioned by Daesh and its followers. Now we need to add the Protestants into the mix. And all of the other indigenous religions. But not to worry, because global warming will end it all.
