I have done much research on it as well and I can say the stories I have read have just as much merrit as any here. It is true we might like it but still just the same it is a different experience for different folks. I am convinced that the the mix will be about the same. I am sure there are those more serious than others and I am sure there are just as many people trying to make a buck off you in person as through the letters. Once again I might bring up that money is helpful but I believe that you can do anything you set your mind too. I think the real thing here to think about is it happens and no matter what we do here, there, everywhere someone is willing to help seperate you from your money. I have not used your agency to my knowledge but please understand there are many agencies that are abusing this system. It would seem from your information you provide you are not one of them but the truth is the majority of the ones on the net are less than honest. Fiance has an interesting niche that they take our money and contract with you for our services. There reason is they are saving us time and adding a sense of security that these women have been checked out and are truly seeking husbands. They are also supposed to eliminate agencies that are dishonest as well as the scammers. There only real purpose is to save us the time of individual searches at each agency and save us yes money. We are only wanting to ensure our money is well spent and we are receiving the services that are promised. I have had personal experience with many different agencies that flat out lied to me and fiance.com. Many of the concerns here are not that there are a few mistakes but that there are many repeats and many agencies that despite our complaints continue to be part of this service. In the past fiance.com has even refused to name some of the agencies so I could avoid them. I truly appreciate your honesty in the matter but you may want to refrain from discussing your clients in the forum. Most of western culture finds it offensive. I think if you look past the frustration you will see that many of our complaints are not petty and are genuine. I understand many get overly excited and even angry but you must also understand that a service should fit the ones it serves. I don't think anyone here cares if they have email or through agency. For me I am happy with the agency as long as they do not add or subtract anything said. Fiance has assured us that the letters are not censored but translated. I have no trouble with that but when an agency adds fluff to letters or responds with a canned letter of interest only to be dismissed when the person actually gets to see who wrote them. I know there are people that will abuse any system but with a little cooperation between us, Fiance.com and the agencies we could take out allot of the hassles and make it much safer and friendlier for all. Tell me does the passport have a unique number to identify your ladies? Could that not be used to eliminate repeats in the database? Could you not timeout the ladies that have been inactive more that 60 days. It makes so much more sense than selling bad addresses and hoping you don’t have to return the money. It would be so simple to have your ladies call in once a month and say yes keep me on or even automate it based on account activity. Believe it our not we are not all looking for sex maids or child raising chefs and there are many of us truly looking for love and happiness. I for one think that yes any woman wanting a life in the US should know about email and how to use it. It would be a great service to your ladies to teach them as it is almost as important as the language here to be employed. Yes some of us are not on golden budgets and some are probably not really interested at all but for the sake of the business and your paying customers I think more cooperation would be beneficial. Does it not make sense to learn from your customer and customize your business to ensure its success? I have been able to survive on my own cooking for a while now, but of course 'her' better cooking would always be welcome. Contrary to popular belief (advocated by many here in this forum) there is a limit to how much time can be spent in bed. Sooner or later there will be a need to talk and communicate. When I began to work with people from the US and UK I absolutely knew why. Because they are polite, upright and will nto try to deceive you at any step. In many things you are right in many not. Fiance.com admins are very cruel to any facts of frauds or something. Just for information, once one our manager when sending a day's replies to the leters(it is made usually by pasting them from a WORD document) mixed two text parts and simply inserted a letter from another girl to another guy. That guy wrote to the support service of fiance.com and they cut out our access to the working interface for a day until we cleared out all the situation, though it was evident that it was not a canned letter, not a fraud and not a gir's mistake, just technical slip. I can imagine what they will do if you complaint of agency adverts added to the letter! I bet they will simply eliminate the agency from the database. As for the independent girls, beleive me it is impossible to track them, there are only about 500 of them on our site and it is already absolutely not searchable who is hones who is not. Just stay with this site and then in any suspicious moment you can address Olga, Oleg or Nadezhda. They will kick the scammer's ass!:-) As for repeats in the database it is a hard thing to eliminate also. There are several agencies sometimes in one city and if a girl wants to ensure herself, she may visit most of them and in this case they can put her independently on the site, but to my mind it is a rare thing, we had one such case publishing a girl and then she joined the site herself independently, we erased her profile from our database. If a girl is published independently for several times, just look above and you will know what to do!:-) Timeouting girls is no use. It is not fair to them. All our girls that get letters, reply them. Yes they can send a polite reject but never leave a letter not answered. Simply because it is our rule. This society if uses computers then in most cases without access to internet, it is rather expencive for people. More or less good computer lessons in schools appeared only in the last 7 years and believe me there they do not deal with Internet and e-mail either. Who knows what is Internet are school pupils and students, but again for some reason those student girls who deal with such sites are usually ... well... not too beautiful. I know this myself because when editing new published profiles every day t our site I see independent girs and girls from agencies. Well, there are exceptions of course but my general picture of a "progressive" internet girs is not what you like, she usually has short hair, slim figure, longer nose, some red stuff on her face and sometimes glasses.
