I read through it carefully and it is indeed a sad report on finding a wife in Russia. If any of you read it note that in each case the women were Russian. Also this stuff only applies to Australia. The video doesn't work so I was not able to actually see the women or men involved. The guy in the picture looks like a dork. I do not know what the age difference was between the men and women. In the United States all that is mentioned could be cured with a prenup. Also the video that Venechka is refering to is an Australian video not American or European. It was produced by the Australian government not the American or German or British. When a woman comes to America she is on a K1 fiance visa. It is for 90 days. In that period she must marry the sponsor of the visa or go back. Also within that 90 day period an application for change of status must be sent. It is all dependant on the good graces of the sponsor. ME! From the time that a 'greencard' is issued to the exact date in 2 years she is tied to me. After that she is independant and no longer needs a sponsor. These guys in the article are all Aussie. None of the above applies to them. These women would not have lasted 5 minutes in America. Immigration would have tossed them out in a heartbeat. So Vanechka you have misquoted and mislead. Your arguments are twisted and biased. They only apply to Australia and do not mention the other side of the coin. That is twofold. Firstly I have seen a program on TV that showed an American man that murdered his Russian bride. And of course there are many more documentaries that show successful happy marriages in the USA. I also read something on the web about a very nice girl who flew to Australia and is very happily married. Your view is not balanced and you have twisted all the facts around to suit your bitter view of this subject. After some 5 years of experimenting I knew this lady to be special, there, in 2 years, has never been a misunderstanding between us because her English is so damn good and for a long time now, she has said that she can't believe that I will ever offend her because she's right inside my head, often she knows what I am going to do or say even before I realise it myself. There was a 'low' period earlier in our relationship but we came out of it the other side even stronger and now we are so strong, so close, together you wouldn't be able to appreciate it and certainly some prick in Australia hasn't got the first focking idea what I'm talking about. But thanks anyway, I was meant to be returning to Ukraine on 28 October but she will be interpreting, long hours, for the dating agency at that time so I've delayed my trip until 03 November but I'll be with her for her birthday which I missed last year.
