You've pretty much pegged anascamyaweb I too use it with the same policy of not opening intro letters. They do let you send your phone number. I have a Ukraine mobile phone which is a great investment even if you're only going to be there a couple weeks. Send one letter with your mobile number plus one or two translator friends and tell them to call or text message. I had about three responses from eight or nine letters so it wasn't too bad. Brought one to Sevastopol, but as you referenced she was just "looking for someone to take them out of town" Watch-out for the Nikolaev girls on this site. Currently a blonde with boobs just from Nikolaev just posted with the statement saying she prefered older men, a sure red flag. I can't believe the staff here let's the Nikolaev office get by with the BS they pull. If you have her email address, her telephone number, her home address, her full name then do a google search on these. Apart from the fact that she is 22 and attractive and looking for a guy until 45 and she is on anastasiaweb there are no real red flags that google has revealed, she's also on www.loveme.com Philly, Where is easy to get to in Ukraine, well here is a list (link below) of Ukrainian airports and you can check flights online from/to Kiev, try to travel from Kiev Borispol (KBP) though. For Sevastopol the airport is Simferopol and one can travel internationally directly into Dmepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kharkov, Lviv, Odessa & Simferopol without going via Kiev or Moscow. http://www.ukrainefare.com/internal-flights.php P.S. I spent eight weeks there last summer and almost bought a flat. In relation to your other question, yes anascamyaweb will let you send your phone number which I did with some success. I think I sent it to about nine women and had about three or four responses including one that came to Sevastopol (at my expense). I think the best way to use anascamyaweb is to be in Ukraine (or russia, etc..) and send one letter with you number, telling them not to write, just call if they want to meet. As far as Sevastopol ladies are concerned: since the Crimea region is beautiful with a nice climate, it is over-run with Westerners. It's probably one of the weakest areas in Ukraine in terms of of local talent. However, the ladies are always quite eager to come and see you from other regions which can be a double edge sword. I can give you more info and contacts if you're interested. I hit every agency there at least twice during my last stay.
