With the premium EMS delivery service available through the USPS (don't think I'm plugging them just because I WORK for the USPS, but I do) the package is only opened in front of the lady. She would go into a little room with an inspector and the package was only opened at THAT point. Customs people opened nonsealed boxes and opened cases - but they didn't look behind laminated pictures or open sealed boxes of oatmeal. Using a premium service like THAT is the way to go. Only bad news is its not available in many small cities. It is meant to be delivered to the door of the recipient. But the cunning fleas suck a bit out for their greedy selves. Pudla’s !!!!!
