I can't get the "real" thing to work on mamba.ru (never sends the code, one guy said once he paid them it worked) but I'm using freepersonals.ru, fdating.com and russian-dating.com. These are just my experiences so I may be average, better or worse. The sites seem to have mostly all real girls (only one or possibly 2 scammers hit me up that I know of) and the girls range from top ten models to ugly and all in between. I have engaged a few there and a lot depends on their English language skills as well as what they are looking for. The very pretty may respond but they are popular and you have to make good conversation fast or she'll stop responding fast (and some are just time wasters). for me, the Russian language barrier has killed a couple of very promising connections with nice women. It took only one offense and they blew me off- no second chance. The serious will only talk for a little while and then if you have not gotten to the point and they have not heard what they want, they will ask when are you coming here (whether Ukraine, Estonia, Russia, China or wherever) and if you don't say soon, goodbye. I don't think I can afford to get there this year but I thought I could get some good rapport and skype and have a good relationship going before I go there next year. I once saw a TV show about an American prostitute. She does it to put food on the table for her and her daughter. If that happens in America, what more in the FSU where the income is 10-25% of that in the US? You can be compassionate or stingy. (In Danny's case if you show the least bit of compassion, you are an idiot and the woman a scammer or a prostitute). I believe it is up to you. It is your money, your budget, your way of finding your own mate. I am not saying there are no scammers or prostitutes there.
