This site here accepts ladies who are tied to another agency (such as Anastasia). So I guess either she decided to place her profile here or the agency did it for her. I am probably not close to where you were after seven months. I have been on the dating sites since April of this year, but hundreds of the contacts want money help. Many of them like from this site are just casual conversations. One lady here expressed a strong interest in me, but had her profile removed a few weeks ago. Many others just chatted for a while and then stopped. I get a large number of pay per letter profile messages to my inbox, but you have to wonder about them. The very few (not scammers) who provided me their personal email address do not write back. I have not called anyone directly overseas (no phone numbers given). I have done video chat just a few times. Not many ladies have computers to do that and go to the agency to chat there. There you have it. When you have to go and see the lady after you first get in touch with her is rubbish, don't pay any attention, so long as it does not take you two years to go and see her. They are filed with crap and are either trying to suck you for the per letter fees. The way it works is every agency is independent. They contract with all of them... anastasia, here, em, all of them. It's the same women so why do you want to pay per letter? Dude if you don't get and write 5 letters pet week you are wasting your time. If you don't get letters back right away you are wasting your time. Imagine dating a woman you only spoke with once every couple weeks? Your not going anywhere. My inbox seems constant in terms of advertising mail from the same websites regardless of how many I write to and have or do not have their personal email addresses. Tom Shea I have not been feeding into the pay per letter routine. Some with supposed excellent English have rather "high" credit costs to correspond with them. So even though they can write to you in English, they have to go to use an agency computer (that is the explanation given by the site). I guess the only ones who keep responding every day are those that lead you to the translation fee help scenario. So that also would be a waste of time as well even though you are writing nearly every day. In your wife's situation, what type of attention was she receiving on her profile here? I see that some ladies have been on here for many years and only get a few hundred messages while some who are registered for less than one year have thousands of messages. The ladies stand to gain nothing from writing to me. I know I won't use my mobile phone for email, it is expensive to connect to the web and a bloody nuisance for typing etc. If it is not an expensive iphone or similar, you are stuck. All girls have admitted to having an email address but it does not mean they have a PC at home. When I moved out of the matrimonial home, I took everything: my PCs, modem, phone and boadband contract, etc. My ex is useless at even organising these things, let alone setting up, and she was left without Internet at home for 18 months until she moved on. Yep, a woman without Internet in the UK. On the other hand, I once communicated by Skype with a very poor girl (I saw her flat) who had a laptop and broadband at home, but she was asking for money, so that is how she got the gear. The scammers and free-loaders do not wait long before they tell you that they need to pay the broadband or laptop instalments. Th girls I believe are telling the truth, do not even mention having to pay bills or needing a laptop to talk to me. Their biggest incentive for writing to men, is to get men to their city. That is the number one motivation. Apartment rentals, interpreter, taxi/shuttle, gifts, and free meals,,,, they will write to a guy and lure him across an ocean for that. I’ve never been convinced that the agencies don’t translate the letters by hand,,, I’ve seen typos and mistakes that a computer program just would not make.
