This is a forum about meeting Russian women and after three pages of trying to answer a simple travel question with most posts consisting of name calling and mudslinging the consensus is "don't go". Rick may have a point that there may be anti-American sediment in Rostov-on-Don. I once had a girl from Russia travel to Kyiv to meet me because I didn't want to get a Russian visa at that time and Russians don't require a visa to Ukraine. The US Navy was in the Black Sea to help evacuate game attendees should there be a problem with terrorists. We did not hear a peep from them as the Russians invaded. Even letting the Russians know that the US Navy was there did not happen.
