Then you have been lucky probably, oh and if her sister works for the mobile company...hen I do understand. But I know many many people, who have neither usual phone no the mobile one. The worst situation is in so called "Private sector" where there are small private houses, there are no good roads (there are actually no roads at all:), hey got cold water several years ago (before that had wells - and I'm not kidding, I'm serious), heating and hot water if only you put some system for your house, and so on, and nobody wants to try to give people telephones, that's very difficult to oganize, because of some problems of the territory (one of my group-mates lives in a private house, and she dreams to change it for the flat to live like people, as she says). And there are many ther problems for those people too. And telephone connection is a rather big one, and as for mobile phones I expressed myself before. At the end of the day its all a game of numbers, if you go to the casino you can bet red against black, or odds against evens and you are not so far below 50% on your chances. From my own experience I just found the odds stacked against me in Ukraine. Lugansk just offers a greater risk maybe than some other cities, thats not to say its wrong to go there, just its well worth knowing before what risks are involved, so knowing this its just worth donig the homework first so that the trip doesn't resul infailed expectation. Somehow I just dislike living in a house. Though I lived in a private house for a rather long time, but I don't like this thing because the toilet is outside, you have to care about the vegetables garden (it;s a tradition which personally I don't like), and the last but not the least when there are a lot of private houses, there are a lot of goose-foot and ambrosia, to which pollen I'm allergic to. It's so awful that people here don't think about a allergy like a serious illness, for them it's just some discomfort and nothing seriuos to worry about. Most people who suffer from Hayfever are susceptible to Asthma too, if they have a bad Hayfever attack that can trigger an Asthma attack which can and does kill people !! Household dust is another aggravation to hayfever and Asthma. Personally I am allergic to Penicillin too, and I'm pretty sure, knowing how ill has made me until it was realised, that if I were to take enough of it without knowing, I could die from it. Hayfever is one of the worst allergies as it prevents us going outside when the weather is wonderful, we dont enjoy sunny days like many other people can. My parents, of course most of all my dad:) and my boyfriend, they know how I suffer, and we all were very happy when we found a very good medicine which makes me feel like a normal person 24 hours :) But they know how hard I suffer without this medicine, and I feel very weak at first days, and they try to help me a lot, and actually they try to send me away to Crimea for the whole August ( I don't have an allergy there). But my friends, and group-mates, and people who don't have such a thing, they think that I'm just playing a game, when I don't do much about the house, and when I don't go to the datch to help my granny (it was a realy hard thing to explain my granny why I can't come to help), and so on. And because of that allergy my sense of smell inproves hundred times, which makes me feel dizzy and suffer a lot...so it's really a very serious illness!!! And people don't understand. And this is in the case, when a big part of people in Lugansk suffer from allergies of different kind...ok allergies for food and medicine are not so bad. Life would be over ;o)) Ptichka: Im really glad that you have a medicine that works for you :o) I used to get Triludan Forte from my doctor, but then ONE woman who took it and drank grapefruit jiuce died from an allergice reaction, so rather than just issue a warning on the packs, the idiots banned the drug completely !!! Because of one isoliated case, thousands, maybe millions of people now cannot get the drug that works !! I have to have ordinary Triludan, and its not good enough to give me a normal summer, I still get the itchy eyes and sinus problems, but it would be much worse with no drugs at all. The forte was a beefed up version of what we can still get, but it was much better and only one dose a day, the stuff I get now is still Teffenadine, but its 2 a day and nowhere near as good as the one Forte a day was ! It's a very rare case, but it exists, people who have it don'e live much and if they do somehow, what an unhappy life they have!!!
