My soul mate doesnt have to speak English (I speak a lot of Russian), its how we interact and gel together that makes it work !! If everyone said, "Im only going to date people that speak my language, and live in my country" the world would be as dull as dishwater, and I for one wouldnt be happy !! Does it mean that every man or woman of this city is half crazy and cannot stand living together ? Further more, most of the inhabitants are multi-lingual and often marry a spouse who speak another native language. So, it's not a question of lacking of exotic relationship too ....
