Those numbers that you see above a post - as in the one that you refer to which says "27.07.2003....."? That's the date. But Eastern Europeans do some things different than we do in the west. They put the day of the month BEFORE the number of the month itself. That means that, written in the traditional American style, the post you refer to was written on July 27, 2003. It was written nearly a year and a half ago.
