I just looked up car transfer between Nikolaev and Odessa, $160 round-trip. $20/hr would have been generous for the interpreter. And of course, she could have done it much more cheaply by bus. I have had a few pleasant first meetings, where we said goodbye with a kiss on the cheek. So your trying to kiss her was not obnoxious or "way out of line" -- she just doesn't give a rat's ass about you. If the "lined up" apartment in Simferopol is more than $50/night, then you are almost certainly getting hosed there, too. I know it sucks, but you have only lost time and money. Ask her beforehand how much the apartment is that she is going to get. Same with the interprter. Perhaps, you can also do without the interpreter, or at least, negotiate it when you get there. I spent a week with a woman who knew very little English. I used no interpreters. A computer interpreter would be enough or even just one or two hours of a live one. I can say that with reasonable certainty even without knowing the people involved. I recall, when in his jamie1964 guise, and he complained, and complained, and complained of a Nikolaev agency 'aslavgirl' that scammed him but on their website is their registered address in Phoenix. Despite him being aware that they are a Phoenix based organisation he continued to refer to them as a Nikolaev agency. I googled that Phoenix address, I provided him with the information that multiple dating organisations, including AFA, are registered at the same address. Since then he refers to aslavgirl as an affiliate of AFA, he simply doesn't understand business, if their registered address is the same as AFA then they are not an affilate, they are the same thing as AFA, it is another trading name of AFA, I've explained this to him and still he continues to refer to them as an affiliate ..... but then listening isn't his strongest suit as you may have observed!
