On my three visits, I only saw nine other "minorities" and three of them were at the international airport, possibly in transit. I experienced no prejudice, then again this can be subtle. My mother took narcotics and she found herself half naked outside the house. She can't remember many things that have happened when she was on pills. My brother in law was a hard worker with a bad back. He did not take pain pills. But when he broke his leg, he started taking them, even after his leg healed. Now it's for his back. I am very much enlightened on the use of painkillers and how they can be addictive. just so you know, I have a few available but only use them if absolutely necessary. Lately I have not needed any. Still experience a good deal of pain but would rather be in pain than goofy all the time. Not the kind of goofy I am on the forum, I mean goofy from the narcotic effect of pain pills. :) I also have a doctor who is very hesitant to prescribe pain pills. It was only after the physical therapist told him that I really needed them did he prescribe something for me. I spent a month in agony with no painkillers but the therapy is like torture. It was his own people who recommended pain killers. Even in Kansas you can find them at most cities with a population in excess of 20,000. I've gone out with a couple of them. Very nice polite girls. Two problems I did not ask age (did not know the word anyway) but I think both were younger than my youngest son and Chinese is even more difficult to speak than Russian. Why not go to Asia, Hawaii or even stay where you are to find Asian girls. If I am not mistaken, NeoKen indicated he likes the personality of FSU, but prefer Asian. The last time I heard from him, he was in touch with someone from western Ukraine, probably not Asian. I am not trying to date Olga, the Korean from Uzbekistan at my work, but I do talk to her often because the Asian history in FSU is interesting to me. I had not seen one Asian on my three trips to Ukraine. I had not asked that she was married, because having children, I assumed she was. A couple of the guys are infatuated with her. I was told, not by her that she was not married. I kid them and tell them I have a date with her. They don't know whether or not to believe me.
