They only ask about crimes of sex, threats, money, computer hacking, copyright and identity theft. I don't believe web stalking or harrassment as you allege is a crime in America. He was ganged up on. Heaven help you if you were scammed and told your story here. Many times, the scammed person was just here to tell his story and was aware of his mistakes. Until it was found out that he was the victim of the biggest scam, Martin had no mercy with the scammed person. His excuse was he was just trying to help. I'm cracking up reading his most recent post, made at 0759 in the morning (California time), i.e. he wakes up, posts on the forum, and then has his breakfast, i.e. he has nothing else to live for than this forum, this forum comes before breakfast! I, and my friends, some of them amongst you, continue to ridicule him now, as some of you advise, and I have already told him myself, I'm not going to respond to him any further, as they say ..... men with a small penis try to make up with that deficiency by means of a big mouth ..... never a truer word spoken, and I'd expect the forum monkey to be along anytime now to adopt a new (Filipino) organ grinder. I have been on this road before with Martin and other also have. We all should be aware of what he is capable of. Martin can do many things. But, it wasn't his fault that the economy turned sour. For him to suggest that I am taking it out on him is ridiculous. It must be a difficult task to be never wrong. Martin will change the subject, call you names, threaten to call the police (that's a new one), then finally dig up some "dirt" on you for the sake of not being wrong. I have nothing to hide. For the record, I am by education and experience, a senior accountant. I was once in charge of 20 bookkeepers as I consolidated the monthly financials for 20 subsidiaries for Mercury Air Centers, now owned by Allied Capital (Go ahead, Martin. Look them up). 9/11 ended that job for me. I made more money than I ever did in my field in 2007 for East Valley Community Health Center, as Martin dug up. I first visited Ukraine in November of that year. I again went to Ukraine in February of 2008. I got laid off shortly after that. They decided to give my work as extra duties to two people, and the bulk went to a newly hired junior accountant. I have friends that still work there and I hear they are on their third junior accountant. Accountants have been one of the victims of this economic downturn. Lawyers, are another. It used to be that being a lawyer made you financially secure the rest of your life. I heard many times that being an accountant, I will always have a job. Not so. I have called on some lawyers who are in the process of closing down their practice. Everytime there is a senior accountant opening, there are about 100 other candidates fighting for that position. I think it is a combination of companies now not complying with regulation or there is just not enough money to count. Even if I fought and got such a position, I would be making less than half of what I used to make. I then would not make enough to get an FSU wife. With the knowledge and support of my gf, I have decided on starting my own business. It has been a struggle. My biggest challenge has been sales. I have seen people in dire need for my services, but unable financially or I have not been persuasive enough to get the deal. It has been a long struggle, but giving up on this would have meant giving up on my FSU gf. Last week, I made more deals than I have made since I started. My gf has been very supportive. I first told her I would go back to Ukraine in September of 2008. Her words to me has been, "Do not worry, Benochka. I will wait for you." "Do not worry, Benochka. Only you." I am doing my best.
