This hostile environment encourages more bickering and the cycle continues. If he wanted to preserve their honor and his memory of them,,, he would do something to break the cycle! But, just because there is less intentional homicides in Australia than the US and the UK, it doesn't mean it will go lower in the US if gun control is implemented. For that matter, it doesn't mean it won't either. In the old days, and probably even now, data was used to show that a certain race group are more likely to commit crime.
