"I'm just wondering why Korea has not been reunited yet."
Since the armistice back in 1953, the divided nation did not end up like Vietnam or Germany which also were divided between Communist and non-Communist factions after World War II. The USA backed out of Vietnam allowing the North to eventually unite the country. Germany did not reunite until the time that the USSR had been disbanded. For Korea to reunite, one backer is going to have to pull out of the region. Since North Korea has gone nuclear, pulling out is a dicey decision. Forcible reunification could be bloody. Probably the best solution is for one side to implode.
Poroshenko agreeing to a truce with Putin is the same as Lucy holding the football for Charlie Brown to kick. Chucky will be flat on his back and Lucy laughing. Next time she holds the ball he should kick the little bitch into the ground.
We on this site were the first to truly open positive interaction with the dark side. We see the direction it is now headed ,,, as we step back in disgust and boots on the ground understanding. The color will be gone from the clothing and the cheeks of these people we had hope for as they close their doors, shutter their windows and once again, with good reason, fear their neighbors.
I'd be anti US and the west if my savings were only worth half as much as they were a year ago whilst the prices of things in the shops are rocketing :)
Who do you really think Russia is telling their people is responsible for this problem ... Putin?
The Russians could blame Putin for his Ukraine ventures or they could blame the west. I don't know, I'm not there. Some posting here say they are getting tired of Putin. I guess they're wrong.
In some ways, you can blame Russia for the current US involvement in the Middle East (outside of Israel). The invasion of Afghanistan in 1979 triggered the arming of the mujahedeen elements in that region. The dictators of that region could still be in power now. It would be "stable" without having these militias running around freely all over the place. But, the main reason for the invasion was to prop up a Communist government there. The people in the country favored the war until the casualties started to mount. In order to turn public opinion, you need to make things look really bad and not just in the pocketbook.
Putin now rotates out troops and sends fresh ones as well as much more advanced weapons, this time headed towards Mariupol as it is the next place he needs to take on his way to Crimea. Once Mariupol is taken there really is nothing to stop him from reaching Crimea.
Russia is likely supplying and arming Transnistria for an eventual assault on a new front if Putin decides to eliminate Ukraine's access to the black sea.

little bit late for that now looney. I have properties in Nikolayev and Kherson but thankfully have not bought anything in Odesa as much as
the girlfriend wants me to. Im just not convinced it wouldnt soon become a property that I "once owned" in Novorusya. I probably will rent an apartment for 2 sisters next month who need to get signed up for university there as they are stuck in a small village near Romanian border. getting them into a US university is probably 18 months away but I am trying. They were evacuated from Schastya in Luhansk region in june of last year saving them from being sex slaves for russian soldiers. You could see who they are if you had not wanted me to block you last month, lol.
It breaks my heart to know so many beautiful young girls are being raped and then killed in the areas controlled by these fucking damn terrorists

Well,,,, I have been saying it for quite a while now,,, but mostly to the people you have been advertising to.
If war chases foreigners out of their Ukrainian property,,, regardless of who wins,,, if the structure is still standing when the war is over,, I can guarantee you someone else will be living there when/if you return! Good luck getting them out of it too.
And if Russia would win,,, who wants a Russian address.
“This ‘plan’ suggests that the attempts of the forces close to the Kremlin, apparently working on Kremlin orders, to find ways to subjugate Ukraine had been undertaken before Yanukovych’s collapse, thus we are dealing with a certain strategy that fits Putin's new survival doctrine adopted in 2012-2013,”
"North Korea claims it won the 1950-53 Korean War, which ended in an armistice instead of a peace treaty, leaving the two Koreas still technically at war."
From the North Korean viewpoint, Korea has been reunited. All that is left is to eliminate the dissenters and those that back them up.
