My patience was rewarded and we have now had three conversations, although There seems to be a lot of interference on the cell phone line. Fairly often,when she's talking it sounds like someone is punching in a number and it interfers with hearing what she's said and vice versa. She says that her family is going to get a phone soon, but the good news is that she is coming to Los Angeles to visit me! I figured that I would pay for the flight. She has an uncle who works for the airlines and she is handling it from her end. This is amazing. She seems very genuine and I'm looking forward to her visit. We have been emailing almost everyday for the last month. She said she didn't care if I came To Lugansk. I have a lot of responsibilities and can't travel right now. The only way to send money to your girl is if you met in person already and spent time with eachother, and most of all if you hit it off during your meeting. I know how you feel, you want to believe her. If you are really interested in her use that money to go towards your trip to see her.. I just don't want you to get burned. I'm not saying she is one, but you have to visit her first, period. She will not be able to get a tourist visa no matter what she says. You must go to her and provide proof of trip and your relationship with her, then she can come on a fiancee visa which still takes months to acquire. Don't come crying to us if you send the money and she's a no-show. As for the numbers one of which is my old in Yalta and another one is the my best friend's here. By the way we will use her number when we decide to talk! Unless this person is from a wealthy or positioned family, the chance of her getting a tourist visa is about nil. 2. If the above can be qualified, then she doesn't need your money for the flight. 3. If you have never seen her, the first visit should be on done by you. You need to see her family and see if this person really is for you. 4. Count on more than one trip to see her. The one time she will come here would likely only be on a Fiance visa. 5. Your web page contains multiple women named Oksana. Which specific one? 6. Regardless, I think you are being scammed. 7. Tim's contact can probably check up on this customer, but he will need her full name and location. Don't give that here, but wait till Tim is back after next week. 8. If you choose your nickname to send the subliminal message to FSU women that you are capable of buying diamonds to earn a woman's attention, then you deserve any and all scammers you will be attracting. I'd bet the farm that lady in question is scamming you. NO self respecting honest FSU would be willing to endure the shame of her family knowing she is begging for money from a complete stranger, and a foreigner to boot. Learn about FSu families and women before venturing any further into this search. I have called her and she is legit on the phone aspect. She is a translator and can read all my mail just fine and can talk on the phone to me just fine. She lives in a hostle house with a landlady who answers the main phone and my girl picks up immediately like she's in the same room. All the time. How are these living arrangements for people living in these situations? Is it like a college dorm?(hell, I had my own phone there).
