My fiance is a British national and I'm a Filipino, we have known each other for 1yr and 6months...and plan to apply for a fiancee visa so I can join him in UK...We have most of the documents needed like mortgage documents, evidence that my fiance has a stable job, evidence of relationship (letters, phone bills, financial support), etc...The only worry we have is the 6-months bank statement...My fiance had an overdraft for 6months, because he had to buy a ticket for his son to visit him twice for summer and Christmas last year, and flew over to visit me as well early this year...prior to this he was always in good credit...and now he has cleared his 6month overdraft. Is it really crucial to show 6months bank statement clear of overdraft? Would it be unwise to apply for fiancee visa come this October, or should we wait for 6months just so we have 6months bank statement clear of overdraft to show??? The only thing the border agency are worried about is how well you know eachother, what proof you have to substantiate your relationship and as much info that you can provide about yourself and your partner. If he had an overdraft it is not too important most people here in the UK have an overdraft even i have one. For example a lot of people here have credit cards this is no different to an overdraft. I would not worry about an overdraft. The border agency at the embassy where you get your visa are only interested in the legitimacy of your relationship, the documents that you have to provide and the type of visa that you want. Unless I misunderstand it sounds like your fiance wants move to Morocco. Most of the guys here have experience trying for visas to the US or the UK not to Morocco. I think you should try Google. There isn't any type of certification or proof required to substantiate the parents birthdates. If British visa'a are similar, you shouldn't have to worry about your parents birthdates.
