wessman,
and others:
re.: "... $ 40,000.00 is very rich....":
-now add to your accounting some un-foreseen expenses - e.g. your car blows a head gasket, wife or husband needs serious dental care (of a kind not fully covered by insurance), etc. ....
!!!
"....As for protection, mostly it's the protection from hooligans. But again to my mind a man should never create such situation in which he need to protect his woman. ..."
How does one find a place where there is 100% guaranty of 'no hooligans' ??
re.: "....pictures that girls put in their profiles, depend on how much they can allow themselves to show to everybody. I hope you agree that Internet is a public thing, so everybody can see the pictures, right?:) ..."
So, if one girl tells in her Profile that she likes to walk in the forest and her Profile has a picture of her in a forest...
and
another girl has a picture of her half-dressed on a bed
then I should be able to draw my own conclusions about what she likes ???
??
Likes and pictures shouldn't match all the time. I think that a girl may place any photo she likes to and not only those that show her having a good time, or enjoying her hobby, right???
"then I should be able to draw my own conclusions about what she likes ???", Sancho here we have a saying "Each person thinks to the extent of his dissipation":)))) I don't want to hurt you, but your thoughts it's only your thoughts and you can imagine things that don't have anything common with the reality:)
LOL - my girl told me something funny. She said most of their fairy tales end in "It was the happiest day of their lives - and then they died." When I proposed to her she asked if we were about to die. I asked "why?!?" She said because in their fairy tales whenever two people fall in love and are this happy they always die. She said that yes, they have the knight in shining armor that comes to rescue them - but then they fall in love and are immediately killed so that they can preserve that happiness forever. Kind of funny I thought... or my girl is just really twisted in a funny/dark humor sort of way. ;-)
Also about the "generous" description. From her it more or less means "not stingy". It can be anything from bringing out the good china when you have guests over to tipping your waitress when you go to a restaurant. There are many things that they can use to define "stingy".
Generally while dating it is accepted there that the man will pay for everything during courtship. He will try and take his girl to the best restaurants in town and let her order anything she wants without argue. So "stingy" could be anything breaking from this tradition. Just remember too that when you go to a restaurant you never take home a doggy/take home bag. Because doing that would be considered "showing your poor" or also "stingy". So the whole "generous" thing can be fairly complex. Maybe you should ask your girl what she meant? It may be a good topic for a letter and possibly enlightening. ;-)
Well most of Ukrainian fairy-tales end with and they lived happily ever after (if this is a romantic fairy-tale), also in our fairy-tales they show how witty a man can be over the devil, how people faught with spontaneous forces, what was the world when animals still talked and so on:) As far as I know Ukrainian fairy-tales are always run through with the humor:)
Yes of course Ukrainian girls believe in Fairy Tales:) At least in their childhood:) I think that with growing up the majority forgets about their believing in Fairy Tales, or think that Fairy Tales lie...
re.:"...Generally while dating it is accepted there that the man will pay for everything during courtship. He will try and take his girl to the best restaurants in town and let her order anything she wants without argue...."
And he can do that a few times...
But he cannot do that every day (or every week) for the next 50 years.
So: Problem!
And the arguments start!
-and an indian squaw got everything she wanted because she was tight with a buck...
And now to those Profiles - how to understand what they *really* mean...
(when an American woman says "outgoing" she really means "can't cook, but knows all the expensive restaurants and knows their Maitre D' s personally...)
-Found in a Profile:
"...How I see my ideal man. I like solid (who likes to wear strict suit), serious, respectable, emotional man with nice sense of humor, who can hear and understand another man. Yes, it's my ideal! I can only dream about such man. ..."
this would not be you or I, as I can not understand you,'another man' you are a different strain for sure and then I do not understand what she means in this description. I think we need reinforcements. Ptichka what does she say here heelllppp!
