Other than the age thing. I don't worry about age so much, it is more of feeling you get in communications. When I first started, I was not looking for girl with child, now last couple girls I am interested in have small kids. One very nice girl I met on last trip was only 22 but in every other sense was in her 30's. I decided to focus on one area( actually 2) made many friends in those areas, so my trips ened up seeing women I write to and hanging out with friends, which in turn, meeting local girls which don't look at me as foriegner or older man, just as friends...nothing better than to be personally introduced. The 'O' also has the sound as long 'o' in english but that is another set of rules based on where it is in word and where accent on word is....don't want to bore you anymore........ Another word is 'pazhalsta'...kind of goes with 'spaciba'!!!!! peteb Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 11/25/2008 8:00:07 AM   ah... yep... it's polite to say 'pazhalsta' (or however it is spelt!) whenever anyone says thanks to you! the backward 'N' sounds right inbetween 'i' in 'fish' and 'ee' in 'been'. olya can't really tell the different between those two sounds. ukrainian does have a kind of 'i', but i'm not sure how that sounds... the same as the backwards 'N'? ...a few minutes passes... ok... i've just asked olya and... in ukrainian the backwards 'N' is more like 'oy' (but i really can't pronounce it properly, it sounds very strange to me!) and the kind of 'i' is more like 'yee'! as for the 'o', all i know is that in her name, olya, it sounds like 'or'.
