Don't know about direct flights to Odessa from Oz, but last time I looked; to get there from UK was just too much hassle with overnight in Vienna or Budapest...or was it Prague...anyway. If you are looking for place to buy you could probably buy a quaint little house on the edge of the city much cheaper. A lot of the cities do have a square. If you can read Russian it is called or is the eqivilant to Moscow's Красная (cross nay ya) площадь (ploe shad yeh). Many of the cities were laid out in somewhat the same design with the same street names and such. You could set up with your bull horn there but as beemer said be careful what kind of mating call you use because if you are a note off it could draw the firing squad instead of the girls. jetmba.
