Durak,,,, I first noticed my vision slipping when I had to study for a chemical applicators license test,, about ten years ago. At that time, I only needed proper lighting to keep my eyes from getting fatigued, five years ago I started using “cheaters” at 1.25,,, I bought my first 1.50 this year.
It becomes a real nuisance when I need to work on equipment,,,, greasy hands and such. It was also a problem on a couple of dates,,,, when looking into a girl’s eyes,,,,,, things get blurry. One time I told her: wait a second,,,,, don’t move! I reached over and grabbed my glasses and said: Okay!! We both laughed over it. The first time that happened, it caught me off guard.
I had better than average vision for most of my life,,, 15/15 in school.
I don’t think the late hours on the computer help either. I notice the difference when tired.
Putin is now blaming Ukraine for blocking the peace accords. He is a terrorist and personally started all of this unrest and death. He is arguing his position after reading only chapter 7 of the history of Europe as a benchmark of legitimacy. He is completely discounting borders established after world wars and treaties. He is trying to gain support of countries by tempting spoils if they join him. With an "It is written" attitude for an attempt at legitimacy. Well, Germany wants to support chapter 8m France chapter 6, separatists in Germany and France seeking Prussia statehood and I want a new chapter where it is all mine. This guy is not just dangerous, he is really crazy!!!!
Danny/poopy/DUNT,,,,, you must be confused again?!! I’ve never had a negative word said about me on a date.
Tell us about your adventures with the ladyboys!
How is Irina and Tamara??

“we live on a two acre house block in the country . My wife wants us to live in an apartment at glenelg adelaide . Loony Russian people have tv they know exactly what housing other countries have” .
Tell us DUNT,,,, does this apartment that your wife wants have a balcony???
putin asked militia groups to open a humanitarian corrador for ukraine service members who have been surronded to avoid any needles loss of there life...... giving them the opportunity to leave the fighting area so they can reunite with their families ...... so he can quickly provide medical assistance to those who were injured .....now that's pretty good of him don't you think .
And then then were ambushed on the "corridor" with over 100 dead many more casualties, but you that already knew that, another veiled attack on Putin by danny. Good job danny, welcome to the fight!!! Now I know we will win.
If the Russians are happy with their economy, they would not be so noisy. Their rhetoric against the US has increased in the past week. They managed to mention Crimea as a "closed subject."
In the mean time, in Crimea, there is little resistance to being Russian, reports say. Why should there be? Russia gave the seniors more pension at the expense of mainland taxpayers and what would the benefits and consequences of resistance be?
I'll tell you when the banks open on Wednesday. It seems that everyday is a holiday in the FSU. I wish I had as many days off,, I'd settle for the days that the Commie Bastards get in this country's government.
Is there any truth to the Russian (Putin) claims that the west promised not to touch the former Soviet countries for influence and by some joining NATO, the west broke their promise?
ragingbull, thanks for asking your question above! This is a falsehood that has been repeated so many thousands of times, that probably hundreds of millions of people believe it.
When Germany reunified in 1990, the Soviet Union was promised that NATO forces would not deploy to former East German territory. The "Treaty on the Final Settlement with Respect to Germany", signed in Moscow in 1991, formalized this with a clause specifying that only German military forces would be permitted to deploy in the territory of former East Germany.
Gorbachev, the Soviet leader at that time, and Dr. Stephen F. Cohen (the Kremlin's most loyal friend in the USA) insist that the US "promised" never to expand NATO eastward. There is no enacted treaty, memorandum or other document to this effect -- if there were, you can be sure that the Kremlin stooges would cite it.
An unwritten promise to a state that ceased to exist (the USSR) is an odd thing to rely upon -- but people who were present at the discussions as they unfolded (for example, Robert Zoellick) testify that no such formal agreement was ever made.
I think you're on the right track, but Putin's time line goes farther. After all, the transfer of Crimea to Ukraine was made a generation before the USSR ended: it was a Soviet fact.
Putin's vision of Russia looks back to Nicholas I ... Catherine the Great ... Peter the Great ... Ivan the Terrible ...
