There must not be a lawyer in the house? Prior to getting married, you simply put your assets in a family trust Or an LLC. Then formally lease back your home, cars ect. The trust has stipulations on how it is to be inherited. You can always add your new wife as a stockholder and even increase her shares as the marriage progresess. This protects the guy with the family business or with others to support. Just goes to show that guys will say one thing to the audience but inside they're sh1tting themselves that they're in the process of making one hell of a mistake.
