TOADS idiotic post makes me think. Many are debating this issue without finding a woman first. Kind of silly. Anyway a good lawyer can pierce a prenup anyway. I've seen it happen too many times here in the states.
There is another way!!
I can not believe in all these post dating back several years no one has brought it up. There must not be a lawyer in the house? Prior to getting married, you simply put your assets in a family trust Or an LLC. Then formally lease back your home, cars ect. The trust has stipulations on how it is to be inherited. You can always add your new wife as a stockholder and even increase her shares as the marriage progresess. This protects the guy with the family business or with others to support.
Makes me laugh,
All these guys, some on this forum, coming back after one trip/meeting declaring how much in love he is and words to the effect that she's the best thing since sliced bread, well if things are so good then why any need for a prenup agreement?
Just goes to show that guys will say one thing to the audience but inside they're sh1tting themselves that they're in the process of making one hell of a mistake.
Rather than a prenup I made my wife a director of my UK company, am I sh1tting myself, yeah like hell I am :)
