Read the Federalist and Anti Federalist papers. Liberals have long used the courts as a super legislature, which in the definition of the constitution is illegal. As for not seeing in the future, I will debate that with many. Even Jefferson, who was agnostic, believed in God and the God given right of freedom. The constitution was not meant to change with time, but to be a timeless document. With freedom to the people and the power left to the states. Federal power is limited into the invasion of privacy. And over the last 75 years the ninth and tenth amendments have been trampled on extensively. The IRS for example is an illegal entity. No where in the constitution is there a place that allows for the IRS. Only congress can levy and collect taxes. So where in the constitution is a provision for the IRS to conviscate property of a tax rebel?None! Hell the continental congress wouldn't even give Washington money to fight the revolution with, he was denied that and that is where the great starvation and death a Valley Forge really came from, not a severe winter as told by history revisionists. If it wasn't for Franklin opening up the powder kegs of Europe and some daring raids of our early Navy, Washington wouldn't have had the powder to fight with. Our early history is an incredible journey to freedom, and we have lost many of the freedoms that our forefathers gave up their lives for and that is truly a sad testament to where we are now as a country. It would be a Delta flight from Pittsburg to New York - then LOT (Polish) from New York to Warsaw, and again Lot from Warsaw to Riga. Back, It would be ALL LOT flights Riga to Warsaw, Warsaw to Chicago, and Chicago to Pittsburg. I see other flights scheduled on the same day from Pitt to Riga at $697 (2 of them) and $698 (also two). These flights take off Januanry 15 and return January 29. In it I pointed out a guy who (I beleive is) the only authorized travel agent representative of Air Moldova in the US. He works with MTS Travel in PA. He can offer you an even lower rate. Since I am in the Midwest - its longer for me of course. So far I have flown New York to Vienna, Detroit to Amsterdam, and Chicago to London (And I;m scheduled to do the Detroit to Amsterdam thing again in a few weeks). ESPECIALLY if you happen to have long legs - take one of those nice widebody Airbusses over a cramped old 747 any day. Austrian Airlines and Northwestern - widebody Airbus - GOOD. British Air - cramped old "Charleyhorse in the leg producing 747" - BAD. jetmba.
