Of course, complaints against you from the UK is effectively "taking a piss". You are in the Philippines. It is like Roman Polanski. He had sex with a 13 year old girl and then fled the country. It is difficult or not possible to prosecute from far away. Is not the disclosure of financial information, especially debt illegal in the UK? I can't see it being not. UK and US law resemble each other. US law was derived from English law.

No such things as English or UK laws, there is the law of England & Wales, the law of Scotland and the law of N. Ireland. If I'm committing any offence then I am doing it from my current location .... Whilst in internet an offence may be determined to have been committed at the point it was committed, perhaps Asia or indeed international waters, and/or at the point it is received (read) ... well any law enforcement agency is welcome to come and arrest me and extradite me but, on the whole, I think they've got better things to do.

So you think there is a loophole in their court order that you cannot put up that website since their jurisdiction is only in the UK, not Asia. The website can be accessed in the UK, can it not? Did they put a provision in the court order stating that it is not valid when the website is coming from another place other than the UK? I don't think so. I don't think they will extradite you, Martin. But, I believe they will arrest you if they find out you were back in the UK. You never planned to go back, did you?

Martin, I suggest you bring the website down. One day, you might want to go back to the UK. Hopefully, if anyone involved sees it, it would already have been forgotten once you do decide to go back to the UK. Just a suggestion.

As usual, you did not address the issue, and your answer was ridiculous. That usually happens when you don't like and want to evade the answer. It was just like your telling me I lied. I asked many times what the lie was. You answered in many ways, but never told me. The answer might have been: "RB, you are nuts. The court order did expire because.... I can go back to the UK." or "The UK can't prosecute me for violating a court order for putting up a website from another location because..." You state above, "If I'm committing any offence then I am doing it from my current location," But you said that the court order expired. If the court order did expire, why is there a question of your committing an offense or the jurisdiction of the offense? Like I said, it would be difficult to prosecute from far away. Why should I call Interpol? They do not make arrests. They only provide information to help local officials. Terrorism is a big problem to them and this will not even register in their scale. Let us see if you are capable of answer a simple question. Can you go back to the UK without being arrested for the violation of the court order?

I will not impose my doctrine on you the way many here try to do to me, Martin. You made your choice. It's just that the choice prevents you from going back to the UK or probably end you in jail. I happen to believe most of what is in the website. One thing I don't believe is it is a debt. My advice, take it or leave it is this: My father adviced me the same thing, but I did not follow is to marry a professional. I am sure you can find a professional there. Danny brags about hanging around doctors. I bet you can find a pretty doctor there or even a nurse. You would have to investigate how much more school she has to go through if you take her out of the country, even in the UK. Most women there are not high maintenance. They are also the most emotional Catholics there are. They will never abort your baby or divorce you.

RB, What the fucking hell are you talking about? WHAT court order? For a court to make an order a case has to go to court, in England & Wales the police must first refer a case to the CPS (Crown Prosecution Service) who make a judgement if the police should proceed with a case and charge indivial with offence(s) for it to subsequently go to court. At the last, informal, meeting I had with that police force, in not so many words, they acknowledged that the complainant(s) were taking the piss, taking the Michael, and indeed when they referred the case to CPS then CPS more or less said the same, that the complainant(s) were taking the piss and CPS called that any complaint not be proceeded with as it would never be upheld in a court, it wouldn't gain a conviction. But what the fuck this has to do with you is quite beyond me or in your love triangle tiff with Ralph and Rasputin has someone posted your dire financial situation on the web ... if someone could find enough finances of yours to actually write something about that is? Now on a scale from 1 to 10 I couldn't give a flying fuck about you Benjie, you don't even register in my list of things to do which include that I need to take a shit, I'm having a great life in my new location, try not to be too jealous whilst you fuck off back to arguing with someone who might actually give a shit. Why did you take the website down, then? It is back up when you fled to the Philippines. That court order. That court order that you were thought of violated when you were arrested about a year ago. Remember that? You posted a link of a check here on the forum that the police paid you when they found nothing. Was that not a court order for you to take the website down? What is it, but a court order to make you take a website down? Now, the website is back up. Big financial institutions lend out money to people and some cannot pay. Why do they not just put up a website like you did to embarrass them so they will pay? Because it is illegal. What does this have to do with me? Nothing. You posted this on the forum. How did I know of the website? How do I know it is back up? Only because of you. If you don't want anyone to comment, then don't post it.

As far as my financial condition, or anyone else's financial condition, it is not fixed. What was true a few years ago, a few months ago or even yesterday is not necessarily true today.

About, being jealous, I'd be there by now if that is where I want to be. My family owns considerable lands in the north as big as a small city. Many have now taken on our last name to take claim to a piece of the land. If I were to go back and lay claim to the land now occupied by these people, I would run the risk of getting killed. Still, there is plenty of land, but in the jungles which will take much to develop. You claim to be building a resort, but one of the pictures you posted looks like you are building in a residential neighborhood. I certainly would not go to some remote island "resort" when just a few feet from my room, across the street is someone's house. I would picture resort building to be in the middle of acres of land. You have not mentioned anything about corruption. That maybe because all you are posting are the good stuff, not the bad. If you have not experienced it yet, wait till you start or attempt to make money. Have a wad of it ready for any politician whose jurisdiction is your property. That's the least of your problems. You are in the south, closer to the Muslim terrorists. Now that you have the website up, you cannot go back to the UK without getting arrested. You can't go to Zaporozhye because if you get found out, you will answer to that website. Jealous? I don't think so.

Another meeting Ivor had with the police force. I'm sure the police have listed Ivor as a serial pest. A delusional old man who's fantasy's are posted on the Fiance.com forum every-single-day. It seems very strange for a old man( with so much success in his life) to be posting on a Russian dating site for aprox. 10 years. I think Ivor should take long service leave and spend more time with his 4'11" 'girlfriend' and his 'resort'. Maybe jackhammers are now listed on ebay.ph ^-^
