I buy vegetables at mostly small businesses and not the big box grocery stores. Prices can be as much as 50% less. My monthly grocery bill is way below the average family's cost. There a quite few dishes that can be filling and not include meat like spaghetti/pasta with tomato sauce, tofu and cashews with black bean sauce, etc. But many of the non-meat food items can also be high in carbs and fats like fries, pastries, chips, soda, etc. Eclairs, brownies, and cinnamon buns are very tasty, but eating them all day is not healthy. I do high protein, low carb diet (mostly fish and chicken) and only eat beef or pork once a week on my splurge days. I had chocolate and bacon today for the first time in 2 months. But it is his choice to get protein through other means. Some of the profiles that I come across I can see how very slim they are and one actually looked anorexic. "I eat very healthy myself, getting 50g of protein every day at a minimum." 50 grams of protein is the recommended daily dietary amount. I even drink some of those high protein smoothies drinks. How f-ing despicable, petty, and desperate are the Dunts on this forum??? Searching for a mate is not a game, and it is not 3 strikes and you’re out. The outcome of that trip was etched in stone long before I left home,,,, I later found out that she had a boyfriend for years, and I discovered the interp on a scammer watch list. It was because of those two,,, that I now search for every detail available about the women I write to.
