" Because it is so close to the neighbors, the neighbors kids will be visiting. Some of those kids are dressed like Donald Duck. They have a shirt on, but nothing else. "
Is RB being deliberately stupid or does it come naturally to him?
He mentioned there are residential properties adjacent to my building plot which, to people of just an average intelligence, would indicate that there is road access in the immediate vicinity, that I am building adjacent to a road and whilst my restaurant shall be primarily for my guests there is plenty of passing trade and even if that passing trade only buy a soft drink or similar then, come the end of each month, it all adds up.
I was only registering with a travel hotel site yesterday and from their drop down menu of hotel, motel, guest house, blah, blah, blah, the option most appropriate to mine, with individual accommodations in the grounds rather than in one 'all in' building, was/is 'resort'.
However, and I've constructed all but one page of the business website, but I need to tidy up, amend, add pics, to the constructed pages, and not once does the word 'resort' appear and, indeed, in the banner heading of the website pages it is referred to as something other than 'resort' as other forum members, around these parts, who may have viewed the (under construction) website may testify!
Talk about stupid - that website. Since it is a violation of a court order, you will surely get convicted if you ever set foot on the UK again. Furthermore, the other party can then go after you in civil court. With the conviction in hand, they will take you for everything you got.
I already answered that. The court order that prevented you from putting up that website before you fled to the Philippines. What, but a court order would do that?
The proper way of denying that there was a court order is "There was no court order." Not, "What court order?"
If you are going to allege that you are in complete obedience to the law in putting up that website, you could use some more believable words, like they do in court. Some examples would be, "A court order to have me put down the website was denied on the basis of ----." or "Such a court order would infringe my rights to free speech." But, you so eloquently described it, the other party was "taking a piss."
You are going to deny it, Martin? Go ahead. It is well documented here in the forum that you were arrested about a year ago and your computers were confiscated, a few months after you took that website down. I did do a search then and elements that you put on your website were on other sites. Shortly after you were released, those elements disappeared.
Before you call others stupid for assuming there is no road access to your "resort" when you yourself stated that, think about what you are doing.
What 'prevented' me from putting up a website before I departed UK was solely my decision based on a good old fashioned thing called common sense.
Whilst, previously, the police couldn't rule out further action within England & Wales when I told them that I would be emigrating they laughed and verbally told me that once I would be no longer a UK resident they wouldn't even entertain a complaint regarding it and NEVER would they involve Interpol in something so trivial.
But, anyone with just the slightest inkling of common sense, appreciates that a criminal conviction impacts upon subsequent visa applications so, for the sake of a few months patience, I decided to wait, to not risk even a 1% possibility of a criminal conviction, and now I can freely go about my day to day business and I haven't had a visa application successfully approved since, oooh, a week and a half ago!
And, just for the record, the UK has credit referencing agencies, I despise them, such as a company called Experian where they collate financial information, even upon behalf of the government, and if one has sufficient information on another such as full name, date of birth, address, even a previous address, then for a small fee that credit reference agency, online via the worldwide web, will detail that one's financial situation right down to when they made their most recent mortgage payment, if they've paid their internet bill etc. etc. etc.
Keep talking from your arse raging bullshit, it's what we've become accustomed to.
"What 'prevented' me from putting up a website before I departed UK was solely my decision based on a good old fashioned thing called common sense."
Common Sense because there is a court order in the UK for you to bring it down.
"Whilst, previously, the police couldn't rule out further action within England & Wales when I told them that I would be emigrating they laughed and verbally told me that once I would be no longer a UK resident they wouldn't even entertain a complaint regarding it and NEVER would they involve Interpol in something so trivial."
Exactly. Further action against you will be within England and Wales when you get back. Interpol has better things to deal with, like terrorism. This is far from trivial.
"But, anyone with just the slightest inkling of common sense, appreciates that a criminal conviction impacts upon subsequent visa applications so, for the sake of a few months patience, I decided to wait, to not risk even a 1% possibility of a criminal conviction, and now I can freely go about my day to day business and I haven't had a visa application successfully approved since, oooh, a week and a half ago!"
I never said you had a criminal conviction. I said they will arrest you when you enter the UK for the violation of the court order.
"And, just for the record, the UK has credit referencing agencies, I despise them, such as a company called Experian where they collate financial information, even upon behalf of the government, and if one has sufficient information on another such as full name, date of birth, address, even a previous address, then for a small fee that credit reference agency, online via the worldwide web, will detail that one's financial situation right down to when they made their most recent mortgage payment, if they've paid their internet bill etc. etc. etc."
What do the credit agencies have to do with this? You have to follow the same rules as they do. They must ensure people's privacy. But, you think you are the above them.
Where is the bullshit by me? What we are accustomed to is your name calling.
Oh, Martin. You still have not denied that there is a court order.
Why did you stay with the same exact website anyway, Martin? You should know why it is illegal. Calling the money a debt, and calling her a liar, for example. There are ways to tell the story without making it illegal, or at least some doubt to its legality.
I guess if you waited at least a year, maybe more, after you brought the website down or changed it, you can go back to the UK. It would be difficult for anyone to charge you with putting up a website, which have been down at least a year and make it stick.
Excuse me knucklehead but the previous domains were ".co.uk" and ".eu".
If you knew anything about anything you'd know that a ".co.uk" domain needs to be registered to an address within United Kingdom and a ".eu" domain needs to be registered to an address within European Union, I am in neither of those locations thus I needed to register a more appropriate domain such as a ".com".
Oh, so you want to further debate this. I didn't mean the domain name. How could the domain name get you in trouble? You were ordered to take it down or you would not have.
The police, not a court, ordered, that websites www.abc.co.uk & www.xyz.eu be, if I recall correctly they used the word "removed", well first of all there were no websites/domains registered that began with "www" much the same as "fiance.com" isn't a "www" website/domain, the police were being ignorant to the extreme, they'd even checked the domain registrations and still they quoted a non existence "www" when referring to the domains by title.
And I didn't take them down, when my resiliant (ex) girlfriend heard of this nonsense she stepped in and registered her own domain, and having previously copied my website building software to her laptop, she had the bones of that website already on her laptop, she made some changes and then she uploaded it to the website.
Having been ordered to "remove" said websites the word "remove" can be interpreted in different ways so I opted to remove the websites from view by putting in a redirection link so as soon as one typed in one of those domain addresses one would be redirected to girlfriends website "123.com" hosting, much the same, website.
Once Nick Boby saw this he complained again to Northamptonshire Police, they came running and arrested me on the grounds that my (ex) girlfriend didn't exist, that it was solely me responsible and doing all this, under questioning I held my hands up with the dumbass Northamptonshire Police saying, to the effect, "If you believe my girlfriend doesn't exist then arguing with you is pointless, all you have to do is prove that she doesn't exist", they then even suggested that they would involve Interpol to get a Danish court order (the domains were hosted with one.com in Denmark) to establish how (ex) girlfriend's domain was paid for, I laughed telling them that I would save them the trouble, the domain was paid for by company credit card of which, being the company secretary, she has the details of.
I was never charged, and most certainly not convicted, of any offence and the Crown Prosecution Service told Northampton Police to "forget it" whilst, thereafter, Northamptonshire Police offered no defence to my suing of them in County Court and they paid up, in full, to my claim of around USD1,000.00 including court costs.
I didn't take those websites down, the ".eu" domain became cancelled once the powers that be realised that it was registered to a non European Union address (it was registered to my company registered in Belize) and the ".co.uk" domain just time expired at the end of it's, then, current 12 months, i.e. I didn't renew the ".co.uk" domain as I needed to register any domain with my company in Belize so I needed different to ".co.uk".
