Martin,,,,, another reason for waiting with my Russian wife, was to take care of her dental work. She needed numerous fillings, a couple root canals, a bridge and a crown or two. All but the bridge was completed. The reason to wait for the dental work to be completed before having kids, is that the type of bacteria and infection from poor dental health, can affect the heart, brain, and the baby that she might be carrying.
