As far as "desperate teenagers" goes, don't waste your time if you are looking for a serious long term relationship and wife. They aren't ready for a serious relationship in a foreign country until AT LEAST until 25-26 at a minimum and more likely 28-30 but it still depends on the man, his age and activities. If you are 30 then 25 is doable and maybe 20 IF you share language (hers) and you fully understand local culture.
people like me are simply living an unrealistic life that has no future as a long term relationship/marriage. A real wife will likely be at least 28-30 at the low end for me.
On another note tne thing that I have to say I've noticed in the past 6 months to a year is the amount of girls suddenly desperate to leave Ukraine. Especialy the young ones. This age range of 16-24 now were really the first generation who had the best chance of success and they knew it, the war has changed that, especially in a group of eastern kids who have experienced war, becoming refugees and then still pushed on thier own at 16-18, depending on age and if they have any relatives in non war places they can go.
This time, unlike the 90s, the situation is different than the 90s when the situation was simply an economic one and not a safety issue as well. Although I would say there is less employment opportunities than the 90s because the addition of 1.5 million refugees in already shrunken jobs market due to the war. There are thousands less males to date in this age group. Many are in the army with as many as 9000 Ukrainians killed and 6000 Russians. These girls are interet connected and ready to meet anyone capable of fulfilling her dreams, even if it's an arrangement of mutual benefit.
If you find the right girl, you are lucky and can spend 16-24+ weeks in her country then you can get 2-3 years onthe high side now but you will spend 10k year.
HOWEVER, as this 18-24 year old age group is globally connected and often good with thier cheap smartphone, you are far more likely to be scammed by them. The ones I know even at 15 and female say best way to make money is learn English and find a foreigner to support them.
Hmmmm, ties into Tommy's comment about not wanting to work. If you can be "dating" a rich foreigner, or 2 or 3, and go to Turkey, Egypt, Dominican Republic then why work?
In the end, as much as things change, the more they stay the same only the ones you meet now, regardless of the motives, Now they have a perfectly normal ppearing VK page that matches what they tell you. They have found you on FB, friended you and have looked at every photo and post so they can basically research you. They will engage you in chat and will do everything you guys here want her to do to "prove she is sincere", Skype....
Quite a few have sent more than a few bucks and come to have "every mans dreams". Unlike thier predecessors who always led you on and spendin your money but never gave you anything you know have
many in a wide range willing to give you the GFE...for a price , whether its a scam or real is the whole point, you probably won't know.
I met my current Gf due to our "mutual friends" on FB and her message to help evacuate her and her sister as town was being shelled in late January. I did. Who knows, maybe she somehow owes giving me a chance for getting her out of there?
I'm not advocating anything in this but simply saying beware, more than ever, the risks are high if you search in Ukraine. An old rule is true here too. If it seems too good to be true then it probably is.
Russian authorities doctored satellite images it used to try peg the downing of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 on Ukraine, an independent report has claimed.
Investigative journalism site Bellingcat claimed Sunday that a Russian Ministry of Defence (MOD) press conference on July 21 of the downing of the Amsterdam-Kuala Lumpur flight on July 17 had presented deliberately misleading information.
Not to go off topic, I seem to be receiving a lot of messages from the early 20s crowd on this site recently. Also many of the new registrants appear to be in this age group. I guess since school season has ended, they have time to register at the agencies now.
Today on this dating site, I received two messages from a lady in Nikolaev (19) and a lady in Kherson (21). In those two messages, certain sentences are very similar. The sentences state preferences that seem very unlikely to be identical between two people. And the very last statement is exactly the same stating that photos are attached to the message. One of them has attachments and the other does not. What are the odds that two people write sentences with the same meaning in an introductory message on the same day? I cannot believe that a software translator could possibly come up with almost the same set of words. I strongly believe that these are spoof messages sent by a third party message transmitter.
Message from Nikolaev:
My Preferences? Variety throughout, especially in the clothing and food. It depends on my mood. Today, I can not wear high heels and tight elegant dress, tomorrow I change them in blue jeans and sneakers. Sneakers? They are good for my exercises in the gym.
I'm always curious to try a different national cuisine, something new and exotic, this is not surprising, because I cook every day. Although I have some concerns about the boiled snails and frogs' legs ... Just kidding)) Have you ever tried any Russian cuisine? I like to cook. You know, my guests often complain that my food is too delicious because they overeat when I visit)))

I am always curious to try different ethnic cuisine, something new and exotic. Although I have some concerns regarding boiled snails and frogs' legs ... Just kidding)) Have you ever tried any meals of Ukrainian cuisine? I do love cooking (hint!). You know, my guests often complain that my meals are way too delicious because they overeat when visit me.
Note the slight variation of some words between the two examples. (E.G., Ukrainian versus Russian cuisine) It is as if someone is using "cookie cutter" sentences and replacing words to suit the profile.
Dc,,, it could be that they are using the same format,,,,, writing about certain topics that men are interested in. Or,,,,, agencies are coping a format that gets results. Either way it is deception.
I always like the intro spam letters that would say that we have the same interests,,,, like movies, music, and travel,,,,, when I had a blank profile.
These girls may not even know how many men are receiving letters with their name attached? Any relations that are created by these spam letters is fraud, it started with a lie.
I also have noticed a trend with using this site. Certain profiles seem to respond when another profile responds (often within the hour between respondents on the same day). This can be two ladies writing responses the same day of each other within the same hour. Or someone sending responses after reading messages sent to specific profiles and working on them in bulk fashion. What are the chances that two people respond to me each time on the same day within the same hour each and every time?
I even get long winded messages that take a long time to digest (as an introduction) and many short responses consisting of a few words.
Note that my "dirtbag" profile on one of the sites is still getting messages daily (even though I have not written any paid responses since last year.
And I get plenty of video chat requests from the late teen to lower 20s group.
