There is complete feminazy anarchy in divorce courts these days in Calif. My attorney is a close friend, tennis partner and we refer clients to each other. Every week he vents the frustrations of divorce court judges who take morbid pleasure in shafting men who are divorcing.....even in marriages that lasts less than a year!! it seens the ACLU & NOW feminazi PR department have all the judges in their pockets. The only thing that is uniform for all Calif family courts is the child support scale....but still, like in all the other states, it lacks any system for accountability to ensure the money collected for child support truly goes to provide for the child(ren) instead of the custodial parent's lifestyle.
