spot on pommie dave, most the blokes on here are full of shite and hot air. sooners bitch at themselves about who said sommat 3 fffin years ago than talk about the fffin topic of conversation.
It was not only microwaves that I came to the conclusion that Ukraine was way behind in providing low cost electronics. Of course, now as bowhunter states about microwaves, they are probably closer.
My iron here costs about $20. Sometimes, when I'm in a rush, I drop it. No problem. I was ironing with Alla's iron back in November 2007. It was a new iron. I dropped it one time. It opened and the insides were exposed. It was poorly made and I couldn't screw or snap it back together. We had to buy a new one. It cost $45.
One that I've been slammed about here is the laptop I bought my gf in November 2008. It has provided communication between her, me and her daughter. I have no regrets in buying it. It was from that store that looked like Best Buy. The cheapest one was $850 for a laptop, and that's what I got her. About a year before that, I got two Compaq laptops for Christmas for me and my daughter on clearance for a little more than $550 total. We still use them today.
And, guys, please forget George Foreman Grills, I'm buying a couple of these for my new business and, certainly in UK, the 'Gordon Ramsay' branding of the same product is significantly cheaper than the Cuisinart brand:

I'll also be buying some halogen ovens amongst other things.
Ok Ok. The cricket bat thing was a pun at the aussies as we are about to kick their asses in the ashes, I got back from Ukraine recently, I took my girl a new laptop and some clothes for her kids and i got some football boots for her eldest son. When there i also took her shopping and got her food for a week. We went to a restaraunt and her and her son ate good on me and they looked guilty because they had not had a decent meal for months, they live a mere existance and things are very hard for them. I am proud to say that in some way i have helped improve their lives and am happy to know that she apreciates the small things that i do for her that make a difference to her. Infact the next time i hear any English girl moan that she is hard up i will tell her to go to Ukraine and try and raise a family over there, honestly this woman has opened my eyes to the hardships some women suffer in ukraine and the sacrifices they make.
Im taking a video camera, an mp3 player, a digital camera, some SD cards and other little things that are
surprisingly cheaper in the USA than Ukraine...and better quality. But thats for 2 girls;)
Rick4girl, you are taking "video camera, an mp3 player, a digital camera, some SD cards and other little things" for your visit to two girls? I presume they are gifts for them, why spend so much on a first date? They do not expect these types of gifts from you... unless they are pro-daters.
I see why you would want to bring this gift... it is very complimentary dress. I would like to bring it to my woman also but I don't think she would fit into it... she is a 38DD on top!
mini, its not first dates. id never spend it on a first date. both are ladies Ive spent time with before
and stayed with. Im spending a week with each one trying to decide which one I want to start K-1 process with.
besides, im a frugal shopper, i didnt spend more than 300 bucks on all of it:)
i spent more for christmas presents for the orphans in Kherson I have supported since 2007.
I bought watches for the kids as well as coats, boots, hats, clothes, silly bands, japanese erasers, legos, bakugan characters....I go fully loaded and make sure any freinds coming during that time period also carry
for me. I like to give to the kids and its doing something for others.
Yeah, I dare say there are other forums. Thing is, some of the advice and banter on here is good and genuine in it's content. Whilst, apparently, some is also delivered by sad little men who have nothing better to do than bicker.
Does she have a little girl? How about a talking doll? That's what my gf's little girl asked for. She didn't mind that the doll talked English. It might be also a sneaky way for you to teach the little girl some English.
