Poroshenko stated only one condition for this cease-fire, namely a meeting tomorrow in Minsk between representatives of Ukraine, Russia, and OSCE (a European organization that performs monitoring). Naturally, it's possible that something will prevent the cease-fire from starting. Russian forces are advancing,,, but a whole division was taken out by the Ukrainian air force. Cease fire is questionable.
