Now let me tell you a little story: Back in 2011 there was a British national who arrived on this island to develop a self-employed hotelier business, meanwhile there was another British national, who's parents-in-law owned 'his' piece of land, who had hoped to develop a business on that same piece of land but had been refused a business permit for life in the town of General Luna following an incident involving himself and some young children and was, pretty much, told to get out of town. During 2011 one British national bought that piece of land from said exile for circa $30,000.00, whilst said exile, being an alcoholic, set about drinking the $30,000.00 the British purchaser set about developing a business the identity of which is irrelevant and, circa 4.5 years later, that same piece of land is said to be worth at least $120,000.00, in total, land, buildings and business probably worth $430,000.00, whilst only last Sunday said exile's business, a bar he has named after testicles, was empty except for two ladies that popped by for a drink of water. So RB ... Having lost $90,000.00 on a land deal, in total $400,000.00 on a business deal, wouldn't that be sufficient reason why said alcoholic exile is all bitter and twisted and spouting lies left, right and centre?
