Have been to Beardmore few times, Brother he goes for moose in Armstrong, Pickle lake. Brought brother out here for Elk, couple of times was easy to talk him into second trip. Once you get a big bull doing the bugle thing, is nothing, like it. Is just amazing, During rutt, They leave Western man, visiting Ukraine, looking like a sad beginner. Is just crazy getting bull nuts over his herd. I really like nature out in this end, of country. One thing I hope for next season is a sheep hunt up in mountains, not crazy about horse back have had few problems with them, prefer riding somthing that does'nt think on its own. kiwinorth Member send PM   block PM add to buddies Send: 12/21/2011 3:38:15 PM   yeah mate, have two friends that will see xmas it seems, one wasn't suppose to,, one isn't allowed kimo any more. what do you say what do you say to them, they are not old either. i wish you all the best with your family steve, take it as it is i guess. don't get me wrong, i adore Ukraine, there's something about the place that warms me, interesting place interesting people. the girls are intoxicating, and as russia people say a lot to say bugger all,, never could work that one out?:) but you do need more time there to figure them out(my thinking) if they are straight up or not. with anything the more dodgy the place the thing or person, the more effort is needed to be put in to be sure it or they are ok. so if you want to find a girl quickly its not the easiest place for a easy ride. the more onto-it searcher whose comfortable to do the trips with a bit more time involved will secede without dealt, its just not me. i didnt want to keep flying 60 hours plus for each trip then question every turn of events. easier going to Russia where there's no agency's or anything similar to taint the pickings. just stay away from Russian city's that do have them, there is a few.. yeah we have good fishing here, weather permitting of cause, i don't need to much of a excuse to go so if ya keen one day. or something different, Thar hunting. The first time my father did a moose call,,, was during night time!! They only had one flashlight and the battery was dead. They were camped on an island,,, a bull moose was answering them for hours!! I live in Wisconsin!! I’ve been to Canada at least once a year with only one exception,,, for 47 years!! Some years I’m there 3 times. This year for hunting,, I spent one day in the Jeep scouting,, two days in a small boat, and one day on the 4wheeler,, or what you guys call a “Quad“!! While on the quad, I had been asked for directions 5 times!! This isn’t on the highway, it’s on the hundreds of miles of logging trails! They will ask me;,,, where is this camp or lake,, or what road am I on???? One old couple couldn’t find the highway,, and they live in Nipigon??! Each one will ask me where I am from?? It’s really fun to tell them,,, Wisconsin!!! Perhaps you know the same area,, 21A Leopard Lake road, Sturgeon River road, and what we call Parks Lake road ! To be honest,,, the hunting really sucks in 21A,,, ten times more hunters than moose,,, but the tags are easy to get. We prefer 19,, but they only have archery tags for Non-residents,,, we got our bull with a bow,,,, not trying that again!! We shot the dumbest bull in Ontario,,, the 2nd dumbest could be too difficult???!! I know a Steve from Ontario who has been to Russia looking for a wife,,,, does your last name start with a “B”????? And my girl come to the conclusion she is like most ukrainian girls and wants nothing to do with her . She openly tells my girl that she uses her man of 25 years age difference as a ticket . my girl feels very sorry for this stupid guy . The Ukraine girl smokes and drinks she is bossy and rude . I would stay as far away from Ukraine as I can . Russian is so much better . the Ukraine girl has no intentions of working. When I went to Ukraine I had my friend with me. He is bonded interpreter, works mostly for buisnesses investing in former Soviet Union countrys. On way to Zaporozhye was flooded with emails from Olga. For Apartments, my buddy was raised in Ukraine, he said prices on apartments were nicly doubled, and I had yet to meet Olga. He said be wary of the girl of your dreams in Ukraine. So we checked into hotel to be on safe side. Olga met us there with her woman interpreter, also runs agency. My best discription of Karina is, Satans first house wife. And thats being nice. Well I was tired we got into car, Karina started fighting with my buddy,saying he was infringing on her territory and actually kicked him out of car My only safe gaurd in a country I did not know. Then I was bombarded with ear burnings of why I had not rented apartments. Anyway I seperated Olga from her nice lady friend for next meetings. I thought I was rescueing Olga from woman, and offering her, somthing nice also was spinning from winter of romantic letters. Boy sometimes I can be pretty dumb. Olga is on about 25 sites, and a couple of adult sites.
