You complained of European countries not backing the US, don't you appreciate that for some countries, such as Germany, to go to war for any reason, particularly an illegal reason, is something of a sensitive subject, Germany have made that mistake before, twice! Do you recall the liberation of Kosovo? It was a British led force but if I recall correctly there was an election campaign at the time in the USA. For pure political gain the Americans began to argue with the Brits that the USA should be first into Kosovo, they would rather argue than get the job done and whilst the USA argued the Russians went in through the back door, eggs on faces or what!
