I'm not buying what this guy is shoveling here. Please, I needed a really beautiful woman to sell my imports? WTF is that? Nah, this guy is like some others here. Main goal to misinform and disrupt what many guys are seriously in search of. I might be wrong and it wouldn't be the first time, but I doubt it on this one. I've engaged this guy in conversations and his dripping molly coddling about this woman is about exposing all as evil and money grabbing. The Doc has an agenda and he has lifted his veil many times here.
Whatever Nasfan. As you all know, Nasfan was born to disagree with me. Don't blame me. I'm a sex tourist.
Jetmba, no, I made all my money in gynecology. Now, all I want is a model wife, a trade biz and the EU citizenship. Is that too much to ask for?????????
I'm now in Varna, Bulgaria, writing from a filthy internet cafe, from a way over-rated resort town by Black Sea, where I'm scheduled to meet a gorgeous local girl at 12 pm, with another one waiting in Sofia. Natalia is begging me to return back to Spain, but I must check out these other girls before making a decision.
Natalia had told me that what would make her the happiest in the world would be to hold a baby in her arms, and she wants 3, but I don't know how we'll get there when she wishes to "give food, but not sex". It's that her phone numbers and addresses were always correct that makes me feel she is genuine. What say you fellers?
I asked Natalia if she could cook. She said yes. I asked her if she'll cook for me. She said she likes to cook. I told her jokingly that all I desired in life was food and sex. She said jokingly that she would provide food, but doesn't like to give sex.
I saw the girl in Varna. We had drinks, walked on the beach and had sea-food dinner there. She is in last year of university here. She said she didn't want to think about serious relations until after she graduates. So, tomorrow I will head back to Sofia.
My my Jet, never been offered strawberries and cream? Makes a wonderful dessert let me tell you ;-)
I feel for you Koop, but you forgot to bring your roller skates for this Varna girl. So off you go, oil the wheels of your skateboard in anticipation for Sofia. Or maybe you're more of a Footskater?
It seems simple to me. All she wants is a condo in Spain, a marriage and the prospect for half your assets/income, probably a path toward citizenship in the US or the European Union. THEN you get sex. Three times anyway. Enough to make three babies. (If twins are involved, sex only twice.) Then you get to pay child support in ADDITION to alimony.
Dr Koop...you got major problems if you can't even buy the girl to come to US.
'I sure was having a hard time convincing any girl to come to the US.'
Does that statement not speak volumes to you!!! Are you hoping for a change of luck?
I am not surprised that most Russian women would choose to live in Europe over the USA, because Russia is more similar to Europe as they have culture and a history.
I only know about 5 Russian women, through my girlfriend and they certainly would not consider Mc Donalds as a restaurant, nor would they want to live where people have very little class and you can write the countries history on the back of a postage stamp, also Europe is much closer to Moscow and St petersburg etc.
interesting story, drKoop, and what I gather from it you made all the classic blunders we expect from Americans in Europe.
As I explained in another thread Slavic people have a totally different view on the world, specially after being for over 40 years under the "knut".
Simple examples: policemen stop you and try to lure you into an offence and cash in.
Price lists in restaurants, bars, shops for foreigners and locals.
Their attitude: they have enough money, we haven't so try to cash in on them. That situation was commom in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia upto 4 years ago but corruption still exists though on a lower pace nowadays.
Ukrain, Moldavia, Bulgaria and Romania are only just developing and everybody tries to cash in on foreigners, as was the situation in above mentioned countries in 1989 - 2001.
They have to, they need to survive so they feel it's legal.
Of course there are decent people, sure, but you have to understand the Slavic tribes, try to speak their language or at least some words and show respect to them. That, my friend, is my experience after 20 years in this area and yes, I have been succesfull in business observing these rules.
been working mostly, in fact my butt off, but also laying the foundation for potentially OUR but in any case MY trip. 2 wheels, Europe, Spring or Summer, and the Zumo 550 will arrive next week - so I can practice here to prevent us/me there to arrive in Alaska.
The fact that I didn't address Gladdie is that he seems to need convincing the least..... ;-)
Koop, the problem of a juvenile, this in relation to an old fart, trophy wife is the leash. Goldplated for starters, extremely stretchable without any feel for what happens at the end, and very dark glasses and soundproof earplugs will help beyond imagination.
By your sounds of it I'd approach a marketing agency for that 'imported product', pay their dues and reap your rewards whilst you let your hair down with whomever you want to afford. It leaves the professionals up to playing their part whilst the costs are known beforehand, and mind you, because you pay them you still swing the scepter.
Now, doesn't that make any business-sense hmm?
Zeeco, that's way to funny. Not to many Americans consider McDonalds a restaurant either. Yeah you may be able to write our history on the back of a matchbook, but what a history it is. You with the thousands of years of history are trying to catch up with us. I love the Erudite Europeans that sneer down at us and tell us about lacking in class.
I think you should go back and read Churchills "A Gathering Storm" then you can elaborate on all the Class that Europe has. I've seen your so called class in Europe, thanks but no thanks.
Please elaborate more on the European class I would love to hear it.
Nasfan, zeeco has a point. I'm not saying its true, but its what many people beleive including FSU girls. And its what people beleive that affects their decision making. And its not helped by americans who travel over there wearing t-shirts, jeans with sports shoes and baseball caps. I've been to america lots of time and love it, but the perception people get of the states overseas isn't that great especially regarding obesity and fast food.
ref para 1. indeed, it has everything to do with their closely knit family life which is very important with the Slavic tribes.
ref para 2. you have a point there though nowadays the US is not seen anymore as a civilized nation, especially since the start of the "skirmishes" in the Middle East. It's a general feeling not limited to FSU countries but existing throughout Europe.
ref para 3. it raises immediaty suspicion which is not understood by the girl so all alarm bells start ringing loudly!! Obviously your arguments do not convince her.
Now Dr. Koops colors are really showing. Maybe you and Amir can get a flat together somewhere over in Europe. You're anti American stance bleeds through all the time.
Ben2006, clothes doesn't give one class, though I understand what you're saying. The part of history and class I do enjoy from zeeco. Europe has been involved in more wars and human strife than the US could cause in 1000 years. Churchill observed us as a damned if you do, damned if you don't country. We are damned if we are isolationist and damned if we get involved. Personally, I would prefer the isolationist. Then let everyone sort out their own problems, quit sending foreign aid to everyone that later spits in our face and take care of our own at home.
Dr. Koop has done nothing but belittle a country that gave him opportunity. He is a hypocrite of the nth degree and that's why his thread, which he tried to start off as a man who had a dilemma will end eventually in castigating the US. Fine good riddance I hope he enjoys the socialism that has crept in to Europe. Which many of us here in the US will fight until our last breath. Our leaders want it but they are having a hard time shoving it down our throats.
Zeeco was right in one thing Russia is similar to Europe with it socialism. Though my wife had a similar opinion of the States until she came and found out it was totally different than how it's portrayed in the media in Europe. Yes she doesn't like the style of dress, but she has commented that we are the most friendly and hardest working people she has seen, since she's only been to Poland, Russia,Czechoslovakia,Romania and Ukraine. You have to experience the everyday American, not the ones that make idiots of themselves when they travel to Europe.
"she has commented that we are the most friendly and hardest working people she has seen"
I would agree with being the most friendly (well I've also found people in the middle east very friendly too if not more so). I have found are much more friendly than people in europe as a general rule.
Nasfan, the ridiculous over the top Anti socialist stance is America's downfall, it is one of the reasons that no one cares about anyone else in your society, if every body contributed more income to health and education etc, poor people would have more oppertunity to get better jobs instead of resorting to crime.
Scandinavian countries are very socialist, yet they have a higher standard of living than the USA, and virtually zero% crime in comparison.
i'm not slagging your country off, far from it, Britain invented the corporate capitalist world, but we balanced it with social undertones, now we have gone far more capitalist and we have become very Americanised, the result is we have become just like America, more money for material possesions and leisure activities but obesity, stupidity, drop in acedemia and a huge surge in crime have also followed.
Zeeco, there is no perfect society. Everyone has a flaw of some kind. In a capitalistic society, you have a bigger say in determining your outcome. True the weak have problems in this society and there are programs to help and we have many individuals trying to help along with government. There is a faction of people that just want to be taken care of, have no incentive to work. While in a socialistic society there is no incentive for anyone to put effort into anything, no ideas, just let government take care of your health and education. Do you think the teachers or docters have your best interests in mind...no because no incentive other than how an individual wants to perform. There are many people in Canada, if they have enough money, will come to US for better health care. And of course, we go to Canada to get cheaper perscription medicine. Since I am a guy with some drive....I would rahter be in capitalistic society.
America's downfall???? If that happened, the whole world may collapse. Guess who is holding it up???? We are
not perfect...but who is???
